Project 05280 RHC‑10 LARGA is a newly developed hovercraft with a completely different approach to building vessels of this category

The main propulsion system is a new CUMMINS ISF2.8s5174P diesel engine.

1. The product's ergonomics contribute to convenient operation while also aiming for optimal speed, fuel consumption, and stability.

The test speed measurements showed the following results:
Ice and snow – up to 100 km,/h
Water – up to 60 km/h.

The control measurements of fuel consumption showed the following results:
Ice and snow – 0.35 liters per km
Water – 0.55 liters per km.


2. A fundamentally new approach to fan drive systems. The supercharger is securely connected to the front flange of the crankshaft by an intermediate shaft from the Niva Legend.



The propeller is driven by a cardan shaft from the Gazelle Next gearbox.

3. Skeg-type flexible vessel guarding - two-tier flexible guarding with protection by bandage sheets (scales) from rubbing of the lower balloons.


4. The marching unit has a straightening device in its design, which reduces noise and equalizes the air flow at the exit of the steering propulsion unit. The change in the thrust vector due to the tilt of the propulsion unit is used to create a ship's trim from the bow to the stern or vice versa.



5. The flexible fencing cylinders are pumped from the cabin of the hovercraft. This allows you to control the pressure directly during movement, depending on the weather conditions and the changing surfaces.

6. The noise level in the cabin is reduced by the vibration dampeners installed on the engine, as well as by the air duct compartment of the supercharged engine, which separates the noise of the ventilation system from the aft bulkhead of the superstructure.

7. Two cabin heaters and a cabin ventilation system allow the product to be used in various temperatures.



8. The ship's control panel is equipped with a modern notification system for the current parameters of the vessel (output to the LCD display). The display can be easily removed from the seat if necessary to protect against low temperatures (below -20°C).


9. The ship's maintainability is ensured by the use of standard car parts that can be purchased at car dealerships. Additionally, the availability of components and their ease of removal and installation contribute to the ship's repairability. All parts are either housed in moisture-resistant enclosures or made of stainless steel.
